This master's thesis focuses on analyzing the factors influencing the implementation of the CLUB INTERACT IPAC project in Guayaquil during 2021- 2022, aiming to promote student leadership for a sustainable future within the framework of globalization and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Against the backdrop of increasing inequality exacerbated by the pandemic, poverty eradication emerges as a crucial challenge. Sponsored by the Rotary Club, this project was established at the Abdón Calderón Bilingual Private Educational Unit (IPAC) to guide young people aged 12 to 18 towards community service and the development of leadership skills. The adopted methodology is qualitative, relying on surveys and interviews with students, psychologists, coordinators, and representatives of the Rotary Club. Results highlight the project's significant contribution to the development of youth leadership and its impact on society and the environment. Technically, this study identifies the importance of strengthening project implementation and adapting it to the changing realities of young people. The paraphrased general objective seeks an in-depth understanding of the perception of Calderón's youth regarding the project's activities and assesses to what extent these activities meet their needs and expectations. Subsequently, specific actions are proposed to promote youth leadership and contribute to a sustainable future. This analysis, supported by concrete data obtained through the proposed methodology, will not only help comprehend the current reality but also project necessary improvements and adaptations to maximize the effectiveness of the CLUB INTERACT IPAC project and its positive impact on the educational community and society at large.
