This study addresses the issue of female unemployment among women aged 25 to 44 in the Junín region, Peru. This phenomenon significantly impacts the economy, exacerbates gender inequality, and affects family well-being. The research highlights that women earn 74.1% of the average male income, exposing structural barriers to formal employment. To mitigate this situation, an innovative solution focused on training and entrepreneurship is proposed, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), such as full employment and equal opportunities. In the market analysis, institutions promoting gender equality and female empowerment through training programs were identified. However, these initiatives have not achieved a significant impact in Junín, revealing the need for strategies tailored to the local context. The proposed program, " Warmi Emprende" offers an alternative combining a hybrid learning methodology, technological tools, and resources focused on the socioeconomic realities of the beneficiaries. The program design incorporates five key modules, covering topics from business planning to female leadership. Additionally, innovative features such as a virtual platform, in-person sessions, and complementary services like childcare are emphasized. This approach aims not only to develop business skills but also to facilitate the balance between work and personal life, fostering women’s economic independence. Finally, the business model includes a financial analysis demonstrating the project's viability and sustainability over a five-year horizon. With a positive net present value (NPV) of S/ 1’178,527.14 soles and a high internal rate of return (IRR) of 365.93%, the project ensures profitability while contributing to reducing inequality and strengthening the social fabric with a Social Profitability Index (SPI) of 14.48. This scalable model emerges as an effective solution to be replicated in other regions, promoting local development and female empowerment in Peru.
