disposición a utilizarla.
sostenible a largo plazo.
Identified problem: The event organization market in Peru faces multiple challenges, such as the lack of sales channels, information asymmetry and the dispersion of suppliers. These problems affect the efficiency and effectiveness of event planning, and put the sustainability of small and medium-sized companies in the sector at risk. Solution design process: The proposed solution is the "Ando" platform, designed through an iterative design thinking process. This process included phases of empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping and testing, using visual and narrative tools to understand and satisfy the needs of providers and users. A well-structured business model and solid financial viability were developed to ensure the platform's success in the market. Validation of hypotheses: To prove that the business is desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable, three main hypotheses were raised and validated: 1. Suppliers are willing to register on the platform to increase their visibility and sales. 2. Customers value simplicity in the booking process and are willing to use a platform that simplifies event organization. 3. Users demand high standards of security and privacy, trusting more in a platform that meets these standards. Validation experiments included usability tests and satisfaction surveys, confirming that the platform is effective and beneficial for users, increasing their willingness to use it. Conclusion and final decision: The "Ando" platform proved to be a comprehensive and effective solution for the problems identified in event management. The validation of the hypotheses confirmed that the proposal is desirable for users, feasible to implement, economically viable and sustainable in the long term. The platform improves efficiency and effectiveness in event planning, offering an opportunity for small and large suppliers to connect with clients from diverse areas, contributing positively to the community and the environment. Conclusion: It is concluded that "Ando" is a viable and sustainable solution that can revolutionize event management in Peru, providing significant value to suppliers and users. The final decision is to proceed with the implementation and expansion of the platform, ensuring its success in the market through continuous improvement strategies and adaptation to changing customer needs.
