Abstract

This study was developed under the Methodology of Discrete Choice Models, in order to quantify the purchase intention and willingness to pay for the actions of social responsibility developed by companies. The experiment a random sample of 132 consumers was used Arequipa. Like the original work of Professor Marquina, this research provides empirical evidence of the positive relationship between CSR and purchase behavior of the sample. Study results indicate that the effect of CSR as a whole is greater than the Corporate Competencies.
