This research project develops an initial chatbot model designed to facilitate the creation of educational tools and to provide learning experiences tailored to the individual characteristics of fifth-grade secondary students in the subject of Peruvian History, within a private school in Miraflores. The initiative is driven by three main needs: addressing variability in learning patterns and styles, reducing teachers’ administrative workload, and enriching the range of instructional resources available. It also involves teachers in the design and review of the chatbot. The study is organized into three stages: planning, implementation, and analysis. During the planning stage, the chatbot is built from a technical perspective and aligned with the curriculum. The implementation stage includes preliminary trials and teacher training, carried out through three sessions focused on the use of the model, which also generate valuable data for the analysis form. In the analysis stage, checklists and a combined form endorsed by specialists are used. This form includes 17 items distributed across three dimensions: digital skills, use of the chatbot as a pedagogical tool, and teachers’ considerations. The form is administered to five History teachers selected through purposive sampling, with the aim of gathering feedback to support the optimization of the chatbot. Additionally, the proposed name—Qapaq AI Bot—is evaluated. The anticipated outcomes include greater personalization in the learning process, improved time efficiency in teaching tasks, and higher-quality instructional resources. The main challenges include teacher preparedness and technical conditions. This proposal represents a significant step forward in integrating artificial intelligence into secondary education
