Resumen
En un contexto donde las compras a través de canales digitales siguen en crecimiento es
sumamente importante para las empresas, y con mayor razón para las MYPEs, tener un
proceso de entrega de productos eficiente que les permita consolidarse y crecer en el
mercado. Es así, que luego de realizar entrevistas a un grupo de personas cuya principal
actividad económica es la de tener un pequeño negocio o emprendimiento (MYPEs), se pudo
comprobar que uno de los dolores frecuentes de este tipo de usuario tiene que ver con la falta
de un servicio de delivery enfocado en atender sus necesidades. Como se verá en el presente
estudio las empresas actuales de delivery no cubren todas las necesidades de las MYPEs pues
su foco está en atender los envíos masivos o a las grandes empresas que tienen un volumen
alto de ventas.
Luego de entender el problema y las necesidades que tienen los usuarios, dueños de
MYPEs, es que se propone como solución a MIPGO Delivery, que es un servicio ideado para
llenar ese vacío que se tiene actualmente en el delivery para micro y pequeñas empresas. En
esta idea de negocio se están incluyendo las características y funcionalidades que los usuarios
esperan, con lo cual se genera el valor diferencial con respecto a los servicios existentes.
De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos en los indicadores financieros se puede
afirmar que esta idea de negocio tiene viabilidad financiera. Asimismo, el negocio cuenta con
un gran potencial de crecimiento y sostenibilidad en el tiempo, ya que existe una gran
cantidad de MYPEs en Lima Metropolitana. En el mismo sentido, el negocio pretende
generar un impacto social relacionado al trabajo digno y crecimiento económico además de
contribuir con la sostenibilidad ambiental pues se ha contemplado el uso de vehículos
eléctricos.
In a context where purchases through digital channels continue to grow, it is crucial for companies—and even more so for MYPEs (Micro and Small Enterprises)—to have an efficient product delivery process that enables them to consolidate their presence and expand in the market. Interviews conducted with individuals whose primary economic activity involves managing a small business (MYPEs) revealed a common pain point: the lack of a delivery service tailored to their specific needs. As this study will demonstrate, current delivery companies fail to address all the requirements of MYPEs, as their services are primarily geared toward handling bulk shipments or catering to large companies with high sales volumes. After analyzing the challenges and needs of MYPE owners, MIPGO Delivery is proposed as a solution. This service is specifically designed to address the existing gap in delivery services for micro and small businesses. The business concept incorporates features and functionalities that meet user expectations, creating a distinct value proposition compared to existing services. Based on the financial indicators obtained, it can be concluded that this business idea is financially viable. Moreover, it demonstrates significant potential for growth and long-term sustainability, given the large number of MYPEs in Lima. Additionally, the business seeks to create a positive social impact by promoting decent work and economic growth while contributing to environmental sustainability through the planned use of electric vehicles.
