Resumen
El proyecto EduPro, que se desarrolló mediante la metodología de pensamiento de diseño, lo
que busca es mejorar la planificación educativa a nivel primario en instituciones privadas de
Lima Metropolitana y demás provincias a nivel nacional. Esta plataforma digital aborda la
necesidad de los docentes y directores de contar con herramientas tecnológicas y recursos
adecuados para el diseño y personalización de planes de estudio inclusivos, de tal manera que
se optimice el seguimiento del desempeño de los estudiantes regulares y con habilidades
diferentes. EduPro se posiciona como una solución innovadora que, mediante el uso de
inteligencia artificial (IA) genera planes educativos adaptados, ofreciendo: un chatbot con
perfil pedagógico para orientar a los docentes: un sistema de onboarding para alumnos con
habilidades diferentes y un módulo de seguimiento y ajuste de actividades. A través de esta
plataforma, se logra facilitar la gestión curricular en línea y así permitir una enseñanza más
eficiente y equitativa. Además, la solución llega a proponer una relación beneficiosa para las
instituciones educativas, optimizando los procesos de planificación y ejecución del currículo
escolar, donde se reduce la carga de trabajo de los docentes y se mejora la calidad del
aprendizaje de los alumnos. A pesar de que existen desafíos tecnológicos y de adopción,
EduPro ha logrado validar su viabilidad mediante pruebas de usabilidad, deseabilidad y
factibilidad con docentes y directores. En el ámbito financiero, el proyecto demuestra
sostenibilidad manejando un VAN económico (VANE) de S/1’207,564 y una TIR del
46.81%, asegurando rentabilidad para su implementación. Asimismo, su impacto social es
significativo, puesto que genera un VAN social (VANS) de S/25’602,410, contribuyendo a
los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 4, 8, 10 y 17, promoviendo educación de
calidad, reducción de desigualdades y alianzas estratégicas para su implementación. EduPro
se presenta como una solución integral que no solo permite generar beneficios económicos y
operativos para los actores educativos, sino que también impacta de manera positiva en la
equidad y calidad del sistema educativo primario en el Perú.
The EduPro project, which was developed using the design thinking methodology, seeks to improve educational planning at the primary level in private institutions in Metropolitan Lima and other provinces nationwide. This digital platform addresses the need for teachers and principals to have adequate technological tools and resources for the design and customization of inclusive study plans, in such a way that the monitoring of the performance of regular students and those with different abilities is optimized. EduPro is positioned as an innovative solution that, through the use of artificial intelligence (AI), generates adapted educational plans, offering: a chatbot with a pedagogical profile to guide teachers; an onboarding system for students with different abilities; and a module for monitoring and adjusting activities. Through this platform, online curricular management is facilitated and thus allows for more efficient and equitable teaching. Furthermore, the solution proposes a beneficial relationship for educational institutions, optimizing the planning and execution processes of the school curriculum, reducing the workload of teachers and improving the quality of student learning. Despite the existence of technological and adoption challenges, EduPro has managed to validate its viability through usability, desirability and feasibility tests with teachers and principals. In the financial field, the project demonstrates sustainability by managing an economic NPV (VANE) of S/1'207,564 and an IRR of 46.81%, ensuring profitability for its implementation. Likewise, its social impact is significant, since it generates a social NPV (VANS) of S/25'602,410, contributing to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4, 8, 10 and 17, promoting quality education, reduction of inequalities and strategic alliances for its implementation. EduPro is presented as a comprehensive solution that not only generates economic and operational benefits for educational actors, but also positively impacts the equity and quality of the primary education system in Peru.
