adaptables, colaborativas y sostenibles.
The present research aims to analyze the operational factors that facilitate the development of Agile Leadership within BBVA Perú. In the banking sector, competition, digital transformation, and new client demands have driven organizations to rethink their management models, prioritizing innovation, sustainability, and continuous adaptation. In this context, Agile Leadership is positioned as an essential response to foster autonomous, collaborative teams focused on generating sustainable value. The study is conducted under a descriptive and exploratory approach, based on a case study involving leaders from BBVA Perú, a pioneer bank in incorporating agility as part of its organizational culture and strategy. The research seeks to understand how factors such as management innovation, business sustainability, and workforce transformation contribute to consolidating a more flexible, inspiring, and coherent leadership that addresses the current challenges of the financial system. It provides a comprehensive view of the conditions that enable the practice of Agile Leadership in modern banking organizations. The results show that management innovation, business sustainability, and workforce transformation are interdependent factors that enable the consolidation of Agile Leadership. Agile Leadership at BBVA Perú transcends the methodological scope to become a strategic capability based on the coherence between culture, strategy, and operations, thus contributing to the development of more adaptable, collaborative, and sustainable organizations.
