plataforma. "All Drive" se diferencia por cuatro pilares fundamentales: (i) Ecosistema
vehicular, (ii) Seguridad, (iii) Calidad y (iv) Tecnología.
The Relevant Social Problem (PSR) focuses on the deficit of available parking in Metropolitan Lima, generating significant delays in finding a suitable space. This situation is aggravated by the high demand and the limited supply of parking lots. These scarce affordable options have meant a growing tendency to park freely on public roads, without realizing the risks and insecurity that this entails, in addition; of exposing themselves to high, uncontrolled rates and limiting vehicular accessibility. Therefore, in the face of the problem, "All Drive" emerges, an intelligent digital platform that comprehensively manages vehicle services, connecting owners of light vehicles with service providers on a single platform. "All Drive" is differentiated by four fundamental pillars: (i) Vehicle ecosystem, (ii) Safety, (iii) Quality and (iv) Technology. In addition, the model has a collaborative economy approach: (i) people can list their garages in houses or apartments for rent and (ii) vehicle service providers offer their establishments for the respective attention. In general, the study presents reliable surveys, interviews, prototypes, a marketing and operation plan that support the desirability and feasibility of the solution. Having a total investment of 368,825.00 S/, projected five-year cash flow estimates are based on commission and advertising income. The project generates a NPV of S/. 3,715,158.88 and an IRR of 88.95%, demonstrating economic viability and generating added value for the company and return on investment for shareholders. Steady growth is projected in Lima and throughout the country. Likewise, a positive social impact is promoted, in a comprehensive and sustainable way with a VANS S/ 5,992,256.97; focused on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8, 9 and 11, minimizing environmental impact, generating employment and opportunities for local entrepreneurship under the "We all win" approach, inclusion and diversity, in addition, saving time and safety.
