Abstract
La presente tesis es una investigación empírica que tiene como objetivo analizar
las estrategias didácticas que utilizan las docentes durante las festividades locales para
promover la construcción de una identidad cultural en los niños y niñas de una I.E. pública
del ciclo II del nivel inicial del distrito de Pueblo Libre. Se trata de una investigación de
enfoque cualitativo y de nivel descriptivo que se ajusta a la metodología de estudio de
casos. La muestra estuvo conformada por dos docentes, del aula de tres y cuatro años.
La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y la observación de cinco festividades locales. El
estudio estuvo dirigido a identificar las estrategias didácticas que utilizan los docentes en
el desarrollo de festividades locales. Así como identificar las concepciones docentes sobre
festividades locales en el fomento de la identidad cultural. Con relación a los resultados,
se evidencio que las estrategias más utilizada son para activar los conocimientos, es decir
los saberes previos, por el contrario, la estrategia que menos se utilizan es la estrategia
final, que está orientada a desarrollar un diálogo y organizar e interiorizar la información
obtenida. Además, las artes plásticas, en estas se usan los diferentes lenguajes del arte,
danza, dramatización, pintura, entre otros.
This thesis is an empirical investigation that aims to analyze the didactic strategies that teachers use during local festivities in order to promote the construction of a cultural identity in the children of an E.I cycle II of the elementary level of Pueblo Libre district.This is a qualitative and descriptive level investigation that conforms to the case study methodology. The sample consisted of two teachers, from the classroom of three and four years. The technique used was the interview and the observation of five local festivities. The study was aimed at identifying the teaching strategies used by teachers in the development of local festivities. As well as identifying the teaching conceptions of local festivities in the promotion of cultural identity.Regarding the results, it is evident that the most used strategies are to activate knowledge, that is, previous knowledge, on the contrary, the strategy that is least used in the final strategy, which is aimed at developing a dialogue and organizing and internalizing The information obtained. In addition, the plastic arts, in these different languages of art, dance, dramatization, painting, among others are used.
