The difficulty in finding parking spaces in the city of Huancayo is a relevant social issue addressed by this innovation project. This situation not only causes time loss and traffic congestion but also generates stress, distrust, and insecurity among drivers, especially when they are forced to leave their vehicles on the street or in parking lots that lack proper safety conditions. The absence of clear, real-time information about available spaces exacerbates the problem, negatively affecting the daily experience of hundreds of citizens. This project not only tackles the shortage of parking spaces but also represents an opportunity for parking lot owners to participate in the solution. Through our proposed platform, they will be able to offer their spaces, highlight the safety features they already have (such as cameras, lighting, or staff), and benefit from a tool that allows them to manage their businesses more efficiently by automating processes and keeping track of their income. The financial analysis for the next five years indicates that the project is economically viable, having achieved a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 2,632,938.05 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 122%. Furthermore, the project includes plans for expansion to other cities with characteristics similar to Huancayo, such as Ayacucho, Cusco, and Arequipa. In terms of social impact, the EstacionaYa project contributes directly to the achievement of five Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 13 (Climate Action). The main social benefits of the initiative include time savings for drivers, reduced personal stress, improved urban safety, lower unnecessary fuel consumption, and a decrease in CO₂ emissions, thereby fostering a more sustainable, efficient, and livable urban environment
