Informe jurídico sobre la Casación N° 374 – 2015 – Caso Aurelio Pastor

Abstract

La investigación es el resultado del conocimiento sobre un caso controversial en torno a la imputación a un conocido abogado, político y que estuvo en diversas ocasiones como ministro de Estado, como es Aurelio Pastor Valdivieso. Desde un estudio cualitativo, basada en los informes, pronunciamientos, investigaciones.
