Abstract

La sentencia N.º 00413-2022-PHC/TC resuelve una demanda de hábeas corpus presentada por Luis Enrique Rodríguez Gutiérrez y Katya Karina Vilca Jaramillo, quienes cuestionaron la legalidad de su detención ocurrida en enero de 2021, llevada a cabo por efectivos de la Dipincri de San Juan de Lurigancho.
