Oportunidades productivas para el empoderamiento femenino y la expansión de capacidades: estudio de caso de las socias de la “Cooperativa Agraria de mujeres productoras de café de Pichanaki, Chanchamayo – Junín

Abstract

Las oportunidades que ofrece el Estado para el desarrollo productivo están principalmente destinadas a fortalecer capacidades y competencias para la mejora de la productividad y la producción, con el fin de los pequeños y medianos productores logren mejorar su competitividad y alcanzar rentabilidad, para superar la pobreza. La investigación que he realizado está centrada en la experiencia de las socias de la Cooperativa agraria de mujeres cafetaleras de Pichanaki, quienes lograron impulsar un proceso de empoderamiento de ellas mismas y de su organización como tal, a partir de advertir de que eran capaces de tomar sus propias decisiones, participar y ser beneficiarias de fondos públicos y privados ofertados. En este trayecto, los testimonios de las socias y otros actores involucrados directa o indirectamente a la experiencia, abordan los diferentes aspectos y barreras que las mujeres encontraron en el camino y como fueron superados, nos ilustran detalladamente, sobre la manera en que se realizó este proceso de fortalecimiento de sus capacidades que les hizo ver el abanico de posibilidades de crecimiento a nivel personal y en comunidad que tenían. Producto del análisis y la reflexión, se plantean propuestas de solución y recomendaciones a quienes formulan y desarrollan las políticas públicas de desarrollo rural, a fin que logremos incorporar el enfoque de Desarrollo Humano para coadyuvar a que las personas alcancen sus anhelos, al convertir sus recursos en logros, respecto a los cuales tengan razones para valorar.The opportunities offered by the State to support productive development are mainly intended to strengthen skills and capacities to improve productivity and production, in order for small and medium-sized producers to improve their competitiveness and achieve profitability, to overcome poverty. The research is focused on the experience of the members of the Pichanaki Coffee Women´s Agrarian Cooperative, who managed to promote a process of empowerment of themselves and their organization as such, starting from warning that they were capable of taking their own decisions, participate and be beneficiaries of public and private funds offered. In this journey, the testimonies of the companies and other actors directly or indirectly involved in the experience addressed the different aspects and barriers that the women encountered along the way and how they were overcome. They illustrate us in detail about the way in which this process of strengthening their capacities was carried out, which made them see the range of possibilities for growth at a personal and community level that they had. As a result of the analysis and reflection, proposals for solutions and recommendations are proposed to those who formulate and develop public policies for rural development, so that we will be able to incorporate the Human Development approach to help people achieve their desires, by converting their resources in achievements, regarding which they will have reason to value.
