In Peru, people over 45 years of age, especially in rural regions such as Puno, face major barriers to accessing digital financial services. Despite representing a significant portion of the population, this group has seen its financial inclusion decline, which translates into less use of credit products, savings accounts and digital payment methods. Fear and distrust, coupled with the scarcity of support, aggravate the situation. This problem limits access to capital and opportunities for economic growth. YEA is a virtual assistant designed for people over 45 who want to use digital financial channels safely and reliably. It aggregates unbiased information about financial products and services in one place. And it offers a personalized experience that adapts to the user's technological level. With real-time advice and interactive modules, it promotes progressive learning, simulates banking transactions so that users gain confidence without fear of mistakes. And it is complemented with personalized alerts about offers and failures in financial services according to the habits and needs of each user. To demonstrate the desirability, feasibility and desirability of YEA, seven hypotheses were proposed and accepted. Some relevant results in terms of desirability were that 92% of users considered it very relevant to receive training, 96% would use YEA frequently, 83% considered it useful to gather information from all banks and financial entities in one place, 80% were satisfied, 92% were willing to contract the service. Meanwhile, in feasibility, the VTVC/CAC ratio was 8.77 and the operational part had a DM/CO ratio of 2.01. In viability, an NPV of 1'433,320.53 and a risk of 3% was obtained. To develop YEA an initial investment of S/105,607.00 is needed, 60% is budgeted to be obtained through a long-term loan and the remaining 40% with the partners' own contribution. The IRR of the business is 238.13%. YEA has a social impact because it impacts on SDGs four and nine, with a total IRS of 55.6% and a Social NPV of S/ 16,764,964.86.
