Resumen
El estrés laboral se ha erigido en un desafío significativo en el entorno laboral del
Perú, afectando negativamente en la salud, productividad, competitividad de los empleados;
y, la rentabilidad de las empresas. Este problema se ve reflejado en el retroceso del Perú en el
Ranking Mundial del Talento, donde se mide las competencias necesarias para que las
empresas y la economía logren la creación de valor a largo plazo. En particular, el Perú
presenta debilidades en infraestructura de salud e ineficiencias en la atracción y retención de
talento del capital humano (Centrum PUCP, 2023).
“Balance Time”, una solución integral para la gestión del estrés laboral en el sector
de servicios y financieras empresariales. Esta solución integra datos cuantitativos y
cualitativos, proporcionados por los smartwatches y por los psicólogos expertos. Potenciada
con inteligencia artificial, nuestra propuesta ofrecerá recomendaciones personalizadas.
La inversión inicial asciende a S/ 437,079 con financiamiento bancario del 34%. El
VAN económico asciende a 5,676,775 soles con una TIR de 127.67%, y el un VAN social
asciende a S/4,721,262 a una tasa del 8%. Estos resultados demuestran que "Balance Time"
es una propuesta viable y sostenible
Workplace stress has emerged as a significant challenge in the workplace environment in Peru, negatively affecting the health, productivity, and competitiveness of employees, as well as the profitability of companies. This issue is reflected in Peru's decline in the World Talent Ranking, which measures the necessary competencies for companies and the economy to create long-term value. Specifically, Peru exhibits weaknesses in healthcare infrastructure and inefficiencies in attracting and retaining human capital talent (Centrum PUCP, 2023). "Balance Time," a comprehensive solution for managing work-related stress in the services and financial business sectors. This solution integrates quantitative and qualitative data provided by smartwatches and expert psychologists. Empowered by artificial intelligence, our proposal will offer personalized recommendations. The initial investment amounts to S/437,079 with 34% bank financing. The economic NPV amounts to 5,676,775 soles with an IRR of 127.67%, and the social NPV amounts to S/4,721,262 at a rate of 8%. These results demonstrate that "Balance Time" is a viable and sustainable proposal.
