Resumen
Los docentes son un factor fundamental cuando hacemos referencia a los procesos
de educación inclusiva que se desarrollen en una institución, ya que son el agente
que efectúa toda acción directa con los estudiantes. Sin embargo, en muchas
situaciones los docentes no se encuentran cualificados o capacitados para poder
brindar una educación inclusiva de calidad, ejecutando acciones erróneas en el
aula. Por ello el presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo analizar las
percepciones docentes sobre los procesos de inclusión que se realizan en una
institución educativa bilingüe de Lima. La presente investigación es de enfoque
cualitativo a nivel descriptivo y es redactada a partir de fuentes académicas y
entrevistas. Las fuentes informantes para la investigación son cuatro docentes y la
directora de la institución educativa. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la
aceptación y conocimiento de las docentes frente a los procesos de educación
inclusiva, a través de los conceptos, estrategias, actividades y materiales
empleados en su práctica docente, así como su percepción de la institución frente
a la inclusión. Por último, se brinda una serie de recomendaciones, para seguir
fortaleciendo y desarrollando el conocimiento de las docentes frente a una
educación inclusiva de calidad en trabajo articulado con los padres de familia.
The teachers are a fundamental factor when we refer to the inclusive education processes that are developed in an institution, since they are the agent that carries out all direct action with the students. However, in many situations teachers are not qualified or trained to be able to provide quality inclusive education, executing erroneous actions in the classroom. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to analyze teachers' perceptions of the inclusion processes carried out in a bilingual educational institution in Lima. This research has a qualitative approach at a descriptive level and is written from academic sources and interviews. The informant sources for the research are four teachers and the director of the educational institution. The results obtained show the teachers' acceptance and knowledge of inclusive education processes, through the concepts, strategies, activities and materials used in their teaching practice, as well as their perception of the institution regarding inclusion. Finally, a series of recommendations are provided to continue strengthening and developing teachers' knowledge of quality inclusive education in coordinated work with parents.
