This paper proposes a business model that addresses one of the relevant social problems affecting the country: unemployment, which worsened during the COVID-19 pandemic. The fundamental objective is to create greater job opportunities that improve the quality of life. The solution focuses on cleaning workers between 18 and 59 years of age from socioeconomic levels C, D and E in Metropolitan Lima, who currently find barriers to properly make their services visible and monetize them and obtain sufficient income for a decent life. Faced with this problem, after analyzing the needs of cleaning staff, and examining the opportunities offered by the Peruvian market for the development of their services, Wasibnb emerges, an innovative collaborative platform that optimizes the connection between cleaning staff and households of NSE A, B and C in Metropolitan Lima, whose need is to have cleaning staff for their home, due to their dynamic and busy lifestyles, the platform simplifies the hiring of quality cleaning services. Through an accessible technological interface, where they can manage their cleaning needs from any location, ensuring a reliable and safe service that exceeds traditional market expectations and establishes lasting bonds of trust. The market study reveals a significant expansion potential in Metropolitan Lima, where 699,367 households belonging to socioeconomic levels A, B and C represent a substantial opportunity, provided that the value proposition is aligned with the specific needs of this segment. Finally, the business model is economically and socially sustainable, contributing to two Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 8 and SDG 11, with social impact indexes of 41.67% and 10% respectively. In financial terms, the business model requires an investment of S/182,000; it is projected to obtain an NPV of S/3.5 million, a profitability of 251% (IRR), and the social NPV of S/6.7 million.
