Modelo ProLab: Phaway, una propuesta sostenible de implementación de un aplicativo móvil para realizar reservas de alojamiento fomentando el turismo vivencial impulsando a las comunidades del sur del Perú.

Resumen
Perú es un país megadiverso con muchas comunidades que tienen una cultura e
idiosincrasia propia que es diferente cada una de otra, lo cual representa una gran variabilidad
de tradiciones y costumbres, sin embargo debido principalmente a la migración hacia la
ciudad y a la globalización estas tradiciones y costumbres se van perdiendo con el paso del
tiempo, es en esta situación que se ha visto por conveniente generar un negocio que haga
visible estos espacios culturales a través del turismo y que estos puedan conservar y
compartir sus costumbres y tradiciones y con ello poder generar ingresos y mejoras en su
calidad de vida y no se vean en la necesidad de migrar a la ciudad y que la influencia de la
globalización no menoscabe la idiosincrasia de estas comunidades.
Se plantea la creación de un aplicativo móvil en el que las personas, tanto turistas
nacionales como internacionales puedan acceder a espacios de alojamiento dentro de estas
comunidades, enfocando el negocio grupos etarios específicos que buscan este tipo de
actividades tales como la generación z y los millennials.
Se han identificado la oferta y la demanda del servicio, así como el perfil del
consumidor y realizado el análisis del mercado para poder satisfacer la necesidad de manera
eficiente, para poder contribuir a través del turismo al desarrollo de las comunidades rurales
de la ciudad de Arequipa y del país. Se ha estimado una inversión de S/ 278,000.00 y con los
flujos de caja proyectados se ha obtenido un VAN de S/. 4,098,000.00, una TIR de 257% y
un VAN social de S/ 278, Impacto Social positivo de S/. 4,172,428.00, cifras que indican la
solides financiera y social de Phaway.
