In Metropolitan Lima, school bullying is a growing problem that significantly affects the emotional health and social development of the student population. Various studies indicate that a considerable proportion of young people have experienced bullying, leading to consequences such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social isolation. In response to this context, Aliado Emocional is presented as a psychological intervention service that directly supports adolescents from socioeconomic sectors A, B, and C who have been victims of bullying, providing comprehensive psychological assistance aimed at strengthening coping skills and fostering emotional recovery. The proposal is based on a flexible intervention model, structured in personalized care packages that include an initial evaluation, therapeutic sessions grounded in validated techniques, and follow-up. Unlike other programs that focus exclusively on the school environment, Aliado Emocional prioritizes direct work with the adolescent, actively involving their family and ensuring continuous support, independent of the administrative constraints of educational institutions. Its innovative nature lies in its clinical specialization in bullying cases, the adaptation of the service to the emotional and contextual needs of each user, and the incorporation of a structured follow-up system that ensures treatment effectiveness and prevents relapse. From an economic perspective, the project requires an initial investment of S/ 512,930, with an estimated payback period of two years, a Net Present Value of S/ 4'602,592, an Internal Rate of Return of 132% and a Discount Rate of 10%, reflecting its high profitability and financial viability. On the social level, the project demonstrates a Social Net Present Value (VANS) of S/ 2’385,422, calculated with a social discount rate of 8%, which confirms that the social benefits far outweigh the associated costs. Likewise, it reaches a Social Relevance Index (IRS) of 38.5%, corresponding to the achievement of five out of the thirteen targets of SDG N° 3: Good Health and Well-being, directly linked to the promotion of mental health, emotional well-being, and resilience among adolescents who have been victims of bullying. Aliado Emocional is thus projected not only as a profitable service but also as a social transformation initiative that offers young people the real possibility of overcoming bullying experiences, rebuilding their self-esteem, and confidently envisioning a future free from the emotional consequences of this problem.
