Contribución del programa "Sembradores del futuro" en Mórrope para la realización de estudios superiores en jóvenes de 15 a 22 años para lograr la autosuficiencia económica

Resumen
El programa Sembradores del Futuro, ubicado en Mórrope, Lambayeque, desarrolla
diferentes intervenciones en beneficio de niños y jóvenes de su comunidad, la
investigación se focaliza en el impacto del programa en la reducción de barreras
económicas y en el fortalecimiento de las competencias académicas y desarrollo de
capacidades de los jóvenes para fomentar su acceso y permanencia en estudios
superiores.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general, determinar la contribución del
programa Sembradores del Futuro para la realización de estudios superiores en jóvenes
de 15 a 22 años con el propósito de alcanzar la autosuficiencia económica.
El estudio se desarrolla en Mórrope, distrito con escasas oportunidades educativas para
acceder a estudios superiores, siendo Sembradores del Futuro un actor clave para el
desarrollo de habilidades, mentoría, reforzamiento académico y orientación vocacional
dirigidos a mejorar las oportunidades para acceder a educación superior debido las
condiciones de pobreza que se encuentran.
Los principales resultados de esta investigación son que los participantes aprenden a
darle valor a los estudios superiores, adquiriendo una mentalidad orientada al desarrollo
para superar condiciones de pobreza. Otorga oportunidades equitativas para acceder a
estudios superiores, desarrollando un entorno competitivo entre los participantes para
una superación personal. Utilización de una estrategia de mentoría personalizada y
continua, impulsa una visión de autosuficiencia económica con el ingreso de estudios
superiores; finalmente, la provisión de recursos económicos para impulsar el acceso y
continuar una educación superior para su desarrollo personal y un futuro impacto positivo
para la comunidad.
Esta investigación demuestra que el programa Sembradores del Futuro ha contribuido
positivamente en el fortalecimiento de habilidades, mejorando sus perspectivas para
desarrollar estudios superiores, otorgando mayores oportunidades para el desarrollo.
Sowers of the Future Program, located in Morrope, Lambayeque, develops different interventions for the benefit of children and young people in its community. The research focuses on the impact of the program in reducing economic barriers and strengthening academic skills and developing the capacities of young people to promote their access and permanence in higher education. The general objective of this research is to determine the contribution of Sowers of the Future Program to the completion of higher education in young people aged 15 to 22 with the purpose of achieving economic self-sufficiency. The study is being carried out in Morrope, a district with few educational opportunities to access higher education, Sowers of the Future being a key player in the development of skills, mentoring, academic reinforcement and vocational guidance aimed at improving opportunities to access higher education due to the conditions of poverty they encounter. The main results of this research are that participants learn to value higher education, acquiring a development-oriented mindset to overcome poverty conditions. It provides equal opportunities to access higher education, developing a competitive environment among participants for personal improvement. Using a personalized and continuous mentoring strategy, it promotes a vision of economic self-sufficiency with the entry into higher education; finally, the provision of economic resources to promote access and continue higher education for personal development and a future positive impact for the community. This research shows that Sowers of the Future Program has contributed positively to the strengthening of skills, improving their prospects for developing higher education, providing greater opportunities for development.
