The present business consulting project, titled "Business Consulting for the Centro Peruano Americano El Cultural", aims to strengthen the institution's sustainability and competitiveness in the education sector by identifying and addressing critical challenges. A comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment revealed three main issues: inefficient talent management, lack of income diversification, and the absence of an integrated information management system. The PESTE analysis, the Porter's Five Forces, and the MEFE and MEFI matrices were some of the methods used to identify the organization's strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats to solve these problems. As a result, it was established that the main problem refers to the deficient management of human talent, determining three causes with the greatest impact and relevance: (a) inadequate management of resources in projects, (b) lack of a structured Human Resources department, and (c) dependence on B2C face-to-face courses. Finally, it is established that the solution with the greatest impact for El Cultural is the one that addresses the lack of a structured Human Resources department. These solutions not only seek to solve the identified problems, but also to consolidate El Cultural’s value proposition, strengthen its organizational management and position it as a benchmark in the teaching of English and cultural management in La Libertad. Moreover, the economic analysis confirmed the high feasibility of the proposal, as evidenced by an NPV of S/ 1,066,629, an IRR of 248.64%, and a B/C ratio of 1.47, ensuring a rapid return on investment and a significant value creation for the institution.
