This thesis addresses the problem of unemployment and underemployment among young technicians from socioeconomic levels C and D in Lima Metropolitana. A gap was identified between the skills of these young people and the demands of the formal labor market, exacerbated by a lack of experience and limited connection to opportunities. As a contribution to mitigating this problem, "Pitchea" was designed, a digital platform that seeks to connect these young people with companies that demand specific services. To validate the desirability, feasibility, viability, and sustainability of Pitchea, market studies, financial analysis, and five-year projections were carried out. 5,000 Monte Carlo simulations were performed to evaluate profitability, and the Flourishing Business Canvas framework was applied to analyze the economic, social, and environmental impact. The results of the research and simulations confirmed that Pitchea is a desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable solution. The platform not only addresses a real market need but also has the potential to generate recurring income, promote social inclusion, and reduce labor informality. The validation of the business plan's viability yielded solid results, with an economic Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 7.4 million and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 83%. Additionally, a significant social NPV of S/ 32,174,526 was obtained, demonstrating that the proposal is not only viable for shareholders but also generates a substantial positive impact on society, consolidating "Pitchea" as an inherently sustainable business.
