Abstract
El sector de servicios domésticos en Perú enfrenta desafíos significativos,
especialmente en términos de seguridad, confianza y formalización laboral. Con una
creciente demanda por parte de familias que buscan apoyo en el hogar y la necesidad de
garantizar condiciones dignas para las trabajadoras del hogar, es crucial promover soluciones
innovadoras que aborden estos problemas de manera efectiva.
En este contexto, surge Laborella, una solución diseñada para conectar a familias con
trabajadoras del hogar de manera segura y eficiente. Esta propuesta no solo facilita la
contratación de personal doméstico, sino que también empodera a las trabajadoras del hogar
ofreciéndoles empleo digno y oportunidades de capacitación profesional. Asimismo, cuenta
con un proceso de verificación riguroso, que incluye la revisión de antecedentes penales y
evaluaciones psicológicas, asegurando que las familias puedan confiar plenamente en las
trabajadoras seleccionadas.
Para desarrollar esta solución, se utilizó una metodología basada en el análisis de
mercado y la validación con usuarios, lo que permitió adaptar la propuesta a las necesidades
específicas tanto de las familias como de las trabajadoras del hogar. Esta validación aseguró
que Laborella sea una solución deseada y viable.
Se validó la viabilidad del plan de negocio donde se obtuvo un VAN económico de
S/. 3,934,039.23, con una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 141.34%, generando un VAN
social de S/. 13,750,728.59, demostrando que la propuesta no solo es viable para los
accionistas, sino que también tiene un impacto positivo en la sociedad, haciendo del negocio
una propuesta sostenible.
Se espera que Laborella no solo se consolide como la solución líder en la contratación
de servicios domésticos en Perú, sino que también sirva como un modelo de referencia para
la formalización y mejora de las condiciones laborales en sectores vulnerables, contribuyendo
así a un cambio sistémico en la sociedad peruana.
The domestic services sector in Peru faces significant challenges, especially in terms of security, trust and labor formalization. With increasing demand from families seeking support at home and the need to ensure decent conditions for domestic workers, it is crucial to promote innovative solutions that effectively address these issues. In this context, Laborella emerges, a solution designed to connect families with domestic workers safely and efficiently. This proposal not only facilitates the hiring of domestic staff, but also empowers domestic workers by offering them decent employment and professional training opportunities. Likewise, it has a rigorous verification process, which includes a review of criminal records and psychological evaluations, ensuring that families can fully trust the selected workers. To develop this solution, a methodology based on market analysis and validation with users was used, which allowed the proposal to be adapted to the specific needs of both families and domestic workers. This validation ensured that Laborella is a desired and viable solution. The viability of the business plan was validated where an economic NPV of S/. 3,934,039.23, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 141.34%, generating a social NPV of S/. 13,750,728.59, demonstrating that the proposal is not only viable for shareholders, but also has a positive impact on society, making the business a sustainable proposition.
