Talentum 360 is an innovative service that addresses the growing skills gap in the Peruvian labor market, especially in the areas of engineering and computer science. Talentum 360's focus is on the two most important players in the labor market. On the one hand, it aims to improve the employability of young professionals by providing them with the skills and connections necessary to succeed and, on the other hand, it helps companies to attract and develop human talent efficiently. An analysis of the Peruvian labor market reveals that, despite economic growth in recent decades, significant gaps persist that hinder the labor insertion and professional development of young people. According to the INEI (2024), the unemployment rate among young professionals (21-35 years old) reached a worrying 26.21% in 2020, and although it has decreased in recent years, it remains at high levels (14.38% in 2023). On the other hand, Peruvian companies also face serious difficulties in attracting and developing qualified talent. In 2023, according to ManpowerGroup, an alarming 70% of employers in Peru reported not having found qualified talent, which demonstrates the need for solutions that close this gap. Also, by 2024, more than 80% of large companies faced this same problem (El Comercio, 2024) In this context, Talentum 360 emerges as a comprehensive solution to this problem. The platform provides young professionals with access to specialized courses, powered by Extended Reality and Artificial Intelligence, in high-demand areas such as artificial intelligence, data science, and cybersecurity. In addition, the "acercate a tu empresa" program is offered, as well as skills validation and a "skills matching" system for professionals that connects them with companies. Talentum 360 also helps companies find talent through the "skills matching" system for businesses and develop human talent efficiently. By optimizing recruitment processes, Talentum 360 reduces time and costs, allowing companies to access a database of candidates that meet their specific needs. It also reduces costs related to talent turnover through talent development in the areas of engineering and computer science. The Talentum 360 business model is sustainable, scalable, and profitable. With an initial investment of S/ 894,818, the investment is expected to be recovered in the first year of operation, projecting an economic Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 3,355,058 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 101.55%. This model, based on a digital design that facilitates efficient geographical expansion, will allow Talentum 360 not only to achieve profitability but also to generate a significant change in the Peruvian labor landscape by connecting young talent with the needs of companies.
