The Peruvian Amazon is a vast territory characterized by flood zones and a highly dispersed population, especially in the department of Loreto, which is home to the largest number of native communities in the country. In this complex and diverse context, guaranteeing the right to education has been a significant challenge for the State, which has been trying to address it for more than 50 years through Intercultural Bilingual Education (EIB), an educational modality designed to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the Amazonian peoples, but which faces various obstacles. Within this framework, this research aims to contribute to improving the implementation of IBE, particularly in secondary schools in the district of Barranca, Datem del Marañón province. The analysis of the low level of school completion in these institutions revealed that about 50% of the students manage to finish their studies. The underlying causes were identified and grouped into three main categories: family, economic and those inherent to the educational system. These findings were obtained through an exhaustive documentary review and interviews with key actors such as teachers, principals, students and parents. To address this issue, the Wiñashpa Yachaku Integral Educational Project was designed, which seeks to improve school completion at the secondary level through two innovative components: the Emotions Laboratory, focused on emotional well-being and selfknowledge, and the Productive Laboratory, which fosters creativity and technical skills through productive projects. The feasibility and sustainability of the project were confirmed, highlighting its potential to improve the educational and economic conditions of the students.
