Abstract
El presente trabajo muestra el Diagnóstico Operativo Empresarial realizado en la
empresa Puertas Frigoríficas Latam S.A.C., que tiene como su principal línea de negocio la
fabricación de puertas frigoríficas, la cual será parte de nuestro alcance de estudio. La
finalidad de esta investigación es realizar propuestas de mejoras con el objetivo de
incrementar eficiencia, eficacia, mejorar poder de negociación con los proveedores, reducir
costos, entre otros, para hacer más rentable el negocio.
En la tesis, se analizaron los principales procesos operativos como también algunos
procesos de soporte, entre los cuales tenemos a ubicación y dimensionamiento de la planta,
planeamiento y diseño de los productos, planeamiento y diseño del proceso, planeamiento y
diseño de planta, planeamiento y diseño del trabajo, planeamiento agregado, programación de
operaciones productivas, gestión de costos, gestión logística, gestión y control de la calidad,
gestión del mantenimiento, y cadena de suministro.
Con el diagnóstico realizado se encontraron puntos por mejorar, los cuales nos
llevaron a investigar metodologías de trabajo, analizar datos históricos y buenas prácticas de
manufactura que nos permitieron generar un ahorro anual total de S/ 250,256.64 con una
inversión estimada de S/ 156, 190.00
The present work shows the Business Operational Diagnosis realized in the company Puertas Frigorificas Latam, whose main line of business is the manufacture of cold storage doors, which will be part of our scope of study. The purpose of this research is to make proposals for improvements with the objective of increasing efficiency, efficiency, improve bargaining power with suppliers, reduce costs, among others, to make the business more profitable. In the thesis, we analyzed the main operating processes as well as some support processes, among which we have to location and sizing of the plant, product planning and design, process planning and design, plant planning and design, planning and job design, aggregate planning, production operations scheduling, cost management, logistics management, quality management and control, maintenance management, and supply chain. With the diagnosis made, there were points to improve, which led us to investigate work methodologies, analyze historical data and good manufacturing practices that allowed us to generate a total annual savings of S/ 250,256.64 with an estimated investment of S/156, 190.00
