Occupational studies have shown that health problems, such as overweight, are common among workers engaged in high physical effort and administrative staff. These issues are primarily caused by inadequate nutrition, unhealthy eating habits, and the lack of physical activity during work hours—factors that negatively impact both productivity and overall wellbeing. MISKI WARMIKUNA is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) designed for industrial companies seeking to enhance their employees' health through a personalized dietary program powered by machine learning technology. This system addresses critical health issues related to nutrition and physical strain, fostering healthier and more productive work environments. The project has an economic feasibility with a Net Present Value (NPV) ofS/ 4,221,156.57 and an initial investment of S/ 107,760.56. Moreover, its social impact is significant, contributing to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and achieving a Social Relevance Index (SRI) of 78.95%, with a social NPV of S/ 2,953,085.92. MISKI WARMIKUNA, a company model that emphasizes the inclusion of a female workforce, is an innovative solution designed to enhance the health and well-being of workers engaged in high physical effort tasks. This model not only promotes the comprehensive care of employees but also boosts productivity and strengthens companies' commitment to the development and well-being of their teams.
