The identified problem encompasses the emotional and psychological difficulties faced daily by adults 25 and 39 years old in socioeconomic levels B and C in Metropolitan Lima, Callao, and the rest of the country. Aspects such as work, academic, and financial pressure, coupled with the influence of social media and the almost nonexistent safe spaces for emotional expression, significantly harm mental well-being. This, of course, affects their quality of life and their ability to manage their emotions, limiting both their personal and social development. In response, the proposed solution is to provide a safe space for this population, represented by EmotiCont. This is an innovative mobile application that offers emotional self-care tools, a digital diary, access to a support community, and an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot for community navigation. It also connects users with qualified psychology professionals for professional care, if necessary. This broad approach provides educational resources, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness techniques. The expected social impact includes improved emotional well-being, a reduction in the stigma associated with mental health, and the promotion of a sustainable culture of emotional care. Financially and operationally, The project's viability is supported by an investment of S/450,000 and an estimated NPV of S/3’701,623 with an IRR of 173.60%, demonstrating its profitability. This scalable model, based on freemium and premium subscriptions, not only offers sustainability but also generates social benefits with an NPV of S/208.0 million and can be replicated in other countries, promoting holistic well-being.
