Modelo ProLab: Maca Vital: “Alternativa saludable de una bebida energizante natural a base de maca negra para jóvenes como sustituto de los energizantes convencionales”

Resumen
La presente investigación aborda un problema social relevante: Las bebidas
energéticas son cada vez más comunes entre adolescentes y adultos jóvenes, y tienen un
enorme impacto en la salud mental y el comportamiento. El trabajo se centra en los efectos
perjudiciales de consumir estas bebidas, con especial énfasis en la correlación entre los
trastornos de salud mental y las modificaciones de comportamiento. Lo que produce
palpitaciones, arritmias, y en casos extremos, insuficiencia cardíaca y convulsiones.
"Maca Vital" surge como una respuesta a la necesidad de tener una bebida energizante
natural para aquellos días que se necesita un shot de energía. A través de entrevistas y
herramientas como el lienzo de meta usuario y el mapa de experiencia del usuario, se
identificaron problemas clave que "Maca Vital" busca abordar, incluyendo el manejo del
consumo, el equilibrio, el tiempo para el autocuidado, y el acceso a información y recursos de
salud. De acuerdo al VAN social, esta bebida energizante promueve un estilo de vida
saludable, dejando de lado el consumo de azúcares procesados y exceso de aditivos.
El modelo de negocio de "Maca Vital", desarrollado según la metodología de
Osterwalder (2010), propone una bebida natural a base de maca negra, accesible a través de
tiendas de productos naturales y supermercados. La inversión inicial para el proyecto es de
S/8,189,312.00 soles, con un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de S/11,321,004.00 soles y una Tasa
Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 66.23%, indicando una alta rentabilidad y viabilidad financiera.
El Costo Promedio Ponderado de Capital (WACC) es del 24.241%.
En términos de sostenibilidad, "Maca Vital" se alinea con el ODS de Salud y
Bienestar, promoviendo prácticas de producción sostenibles y éticas, y un enfoque en el
bienestar sostenible y consciente.
The present work addresses a relevant social problem: Energy drinks are increasingly common among adolescents and young adults, and have a huge impact on mental health and behavior. The study focuses on the harmful effects of consuming these drinks, with special emphasis on the correlation between mental health disorders and behavioral modifications. Which produces palpitations, arrhythmias, and in extreme cases, heart failure and seizures. "Maca Vital" arises as a response to the need to have a natural energy drink for those days when a shot of energy is needed. Through interviews and tools such as the user meta canvas and user experience map, key issues that “Maca Vital” seeks to address were identified, including consumption management, balance, time for self-care, and access to health information and resources. According to the social VAN, this energy drink promotes a healthy lifestyle, leaving aside the consumption of processing sugars and excess additives. The "Maca Vital" business model, developed according to the Osterwalder (2010) methodology, proposes a natural drink based on black maca, accessible through natural product stores and supermarkets. The initial investment for the project is 8,189,312.00 soles, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/11,321,004.00 soles and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 66.23%, indicating high profitability and financial viability. The Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) is 24.241%.
