Abstract
desarrollo sostenible.
Population growth in the Metropolitan Area of Lima has led to an increase in the value per square meter and the demand for housing. Due to this reality, the trend in the real estate sector is towards vertical growth and a reduction in the size of homes, so that they are more accessible to the general public. However, living in smaller and smaller spaces generates some problems and grows with the increase in the number of household members, such as children. In this context, the lack of space generates difficulties in maintaining order and reduces the quality of life of household members. As a result, the business Green Storage is developed, which aims to propose a solution to the problem of lack of storage space in the homes of Lima Top and Lima Moderna in an initial stage. This proposal is innovative with respect to the traditional way of storing household belongings, since it promotes the collaborative economy, involving people who need storage space with people who have available space in their homes, disrupting a market that only provides space in the warehouses of the supplying companies. This study aims to properly justify the viability of Green Storage, in such a way that it can capture the attention of potential investors or raise capital. Through the analysis, the disruption of the model, the exponential nature of the proposal is evidenced in such a way that it can provide solutions to other districts of Lima, be replicated nationally and internationally and finally contribute to sustainable development objectives
