generando alteraciones a nivel cognitivo, conductual y fisiológico.
Competitive anxiety at high levels impairs sports performance, generating cognitive, behavioral and physiological alterations. In Peru, there is a difficulty for athletes to access the necessary mental training, and to innovative psychological tools that help in the emotional management of competitive anxiety. There are solutions such as platforms that implement guided meditations; and products, such as guided diaries for the recognition of emotional patterns, or Fidget toys for the release of nervous energy. However, most of the proposals were not designed specifically for athletes. In addition, they generate limited reflection and do not cover the entire competitive cycle that athletes go through. The opportunity is presented to generate a proposal that makes mental training more accessible through psychological resources that promote emotional self-management, and that are oriented to the target audience. For this reason, Mind,Set,Go is proposed, a physical-digital kit that enhances the development of emotional self-management of competitive anxiety in Peruvian amateur athletes at the national competitive level, providing them access to various activities focused on three mental pillars. The methodology of Human-Centered Design was used, where inductive and conceptualization studies were carried out within the process; including interviews, document review, and surveys. Subsequently, validation studies were carried out with athletes and sports psychologists. With the results, it was concluded that Mind,Set,Go is an effective tool to enhance athletic performance through a mental and emotional approach, supporting young athletes in managing competitive anxiety and promoting well-being through an integrated experience that combines a mobile app and a physical product.
