Abstract

Durante muchos años, La Clínica San Juan de Dios ha estado a la vanguardia de la rehabilitación infantil, brindado atención dentro del sector salud en prevención, hospitalización y recuperación infantil. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo de Business Consulting cuyo propósito de esta consultoría es conocer los factores que inciden en el desempeño de la gestión de la clínica para poder desarrollarse otras especialidades y otros segmentos de la población limeña. Con base en la literatura investigada, se propone implementar un programa para cambiar el tipo de atención de la Clínica del segmento infantil a toda la población. Por lo que, el ejecutar una planificación de implementar nuevas medidas espera impactar de manera favorable en la administración se servicios de hospitalización, emergencias operaciones y rehabilitación, contando con una nueva infraestructura y una planificación en marketing para cambiar el posicionamiento, logrando así alcanzar una mayor producción al ampliar la infraestructura de rehabilitación física, la cual se encontraba ocupada en un 93%, se busca ampliar 15,529 m2 de área efectiva de rehabilitación con una inversión de S/ 74,539,200 Soles y un VAN de S/ 10,023,081.59 de Soles. Abstract For many years, La Clínica San Juan de Dios has been at the forefront of child rehabilitation, providing health services in prevention, hospitalization and child recovery. In this sense, the present work of Business Consulting whose purpose of this consultancy is to know the external and internal factors that affect the performance of the clinic's management in order to develop other specialties and other segments of the Lima population. Based on the researched literature, it is proposed to implement a program to change the positioning of the Clinic from the children's segment to the entire population. In this way, the execution of the implementation plan expects to have a favorable impact on the management of hospitalization, emergency operations and rehabilitation, with a new infrastructure and marketing plan to change the positioning, thus achieving greater production by expanding the infrastructure of physical medicine that was at 93% of its capacity, it seeks to expand 15,529 m2 of effective rehabilitation area with an investment of S/ 74,539,200 Soles and a NPV of S/ 25,276,098 Soles.
