Abstract
Este informe presenta la implementación de un Centro de Masajes, Bienestar Corporal y
Embellecimiento en Lima Metropolitana. Por medio de un riguroso análisis cualitativo y
cuantitativo, se demostró que existe una necesidad en la región por este tipo de negocios que
ofrezcan una solución innovadora para el estrés y la tensión que muchas personas experimentan
en su día a día. Además, se llevaron a cabo encuestas que indicaron una gran demanda de
servicios de masajes, bienestar y embellecimiento, con más del 70% de la muestra indicando
que aceptaría el servicio de la empresa.
El proceso de investigación también permitió refinar el prototipo del servicio a través de
entrevistas con un grupo focal, recibiendo importante retroalimentación para fortalecer y
garantizar el éxito de la solución. Según los resultados, más de la mitad de los participantes de
todas las generaciones están dispuestos a pagar un precio elevado por el servicio de alta calidad
que se ofrecerá en el Centro.
Por otro lado, es importante destacar que la selección y contratación de los masajistas requerirá
conocimientos técnicos y anatómicos, así como experiencia comprobada en los candidatos.
Además, los empleados deben estar bien capacitados para ofrecer el servicio de manera
eficiente y distinguirse de la competencia. Esto contribuirá a garantizar una experiencia óptima
para los clientes y una distinción positiva de la empresa en el mercado lo que permitirá cumplir
nuestros objetivos de desarrollo sostenible 3 y 8 así como la viabilidad financiera con
indicadores positivos de rentabilidad, obteniendo al quinto año un VAN de más de un millón
de soles, con una TIR de 84% y un VAN Social superior a los setecientos mil soles.
Esto demuestra una fuerte demanda por este tipo de servicios en Lima Metropolitana, y
esperamos que el Centro de Masajes, Bienestar Corporal y Embellecimiento tenga un gran
éxito en el mercado.
This report presents the implementation of a Massage, Body Wellness, and Beauty Center in Lima Metropolitan. Through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, it was demonstrated that there is a need in the region for businesses that offer an innovative solution to the stress and tension that many people experience on a daily basis. Additionally, surveys were conducted that indicated a high demand for massage and beauty services, with over 70% of the sample indicating that they would purchase the company's services. The research process also allowed for the refinement of the prototype through interviews with a focus group, receiving valuable feedback to ensure the success of the solution. According to the results, more than half of the participants from all generations are willing to pay a high price for the high-quality service that will be offered at the Center. On the other hand, it is important to highlight that the selection of massage therapists will require technical and anatomical knowledge, as well as proven experience in candidates. Additionally, employees must be well-trained to offer the service efficiently and distinguish themselves from the competition. This will contribute to ensuring an optimal experience for customers and a positive distinction of the company in the market which will allow us to meet our sustainable development objectives 3 and 8 as well as financial capacity with positive profitability indicators, obtaining in the fifth year a NPV of more than one million soles, with an IRR of 84% and a Social NPV of more than seven hundred thousand soles. This demonstrates a strong demand for these types of services in Lima Metropolitan, and we expect the Massage, Body Wellness, and Beauty Center to have great success in the market.
