The Allinta Mikhuy App is an innovative and sustainable digital solution aimed at transforming the conditions of farmers in the Inter-Andean Valley of Calca, Urubamba, and Anta in Cusco. In this region, farmers face barriers that limit their economic development, such as dependence on intermediaries who buy their products at low prices, inadequate infrastructure for transportation and storage, and limited access to technology. These limitations hinder direct access to fair markets and restrict local producers' income. Allinta Mikhuy has been developed to address these issues at their core, providing farmers with a digital resource that facilitates the direct commercialization of their products, removing intermediaries and fostering a more equitable relationship in the agricultural value chain. The platform allows farmers to list and fairly negotiate their products, improving their income and increasing their participation in the commercialization process. The project's economic and social viability has been confirmed through a financial analysis, showing a positive Net Present Value (NPV) and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) above the cost of capital. These results underscore that Allinta Mikhuy is not only a viable and profitable solution but also has a scalable business model that enables its implementation in other rural areas of the country, adapting sustainably to new communities and contexts. On a social level, Allinta Mikhuy's impact is significant: the platform contributes to inclusive rural development by empowering farmers, reducing their economic vulnerability, and promoting a path out of poverty. The platform also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth in agricultural communities.
