Abstract
The environmental pollution produced by energy generation from fossil fuels, energy cost increase for companies and the unavailability of energy due to geographical restrictions that pose limitations for some sectors such as Agroindustrial and livestock; are currently problems. These needs were confirmed through interviews that revealed a business opportunity to create a company that provides generation options through renewable energies, such as wind and solar; and in this way contribute to cost savings for companies and make their expansion processes viable. The service proposal contemplates the assessment, diagnostic, technical and economic proposals, supply of equipment and implementation of solutions and the difference from the current market options, is that the company will act as an intermediary between clients and financing entities specialized in this type of investment, so that they can access to better rates. The goal in 05 years is to impact 213 companies, as well as reduce 2,315 tons of CO2eq, quite viable targets according to the market study and feedback received from potential clients. According to the financial analysis carried out, the profitability of the services provided is demonstrated since it generates an NPV of S/. 1,815,284.95 for the 5-year period analyzed, with an IRR of 86.50%. Therefore, this project has viability and feasibility and promotes the reduction of environmental pollution generated by companies aligned with SDG 7, which seeks to “Guarantee access to affordable, safe, sustainable and modern energy.” In relation to this last approach, the project registers a Social NPV valued at S/.3,110,452.43, which quantifies the contribution of the proposal to society.
