Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la implementación de fitotoldos
para alcanzar la seguridad alimentaria y la inclusión económica en las familias que se
encuentran en las comunidades altoandinas susceptibles a la pobreza monetaria y la
desnutrición crónica y anemia infantil.
Es por ello que el objetivo general de la investigación consiste en el análisis del proceso
de ejecución del microproyecto local: Fitotoldos que contribuyen a mejorar la nutrición
de las familias en las comunidades de la microcuenca de Chicllarazo (distrito de
Chuschi) y en las comunidades de la microcuenca de Apacheta (distrito de Paras), a
cargo del Proveedor de Servicio Rural (PSR), a través de las percepciones,
declaraciones y valoración de las familias usuarias.
En esta investigación se detalla si el mecanismo de intervención del Proveedor de
Servicio Rural (PSR) permitió a las familias usuarias usar los fitotoldos para fines
enteramente dirigidos hacia el autoabastecimiento de alimentos o influyo en la
comercialización de estos para generar un incremento en el ingreso económico familiar;
asimismo, explicar si las instrucciones del PSR sobre las técnicas agroecológicas en el
proceso de producción de hortalizas, frutas, hierbas aromáticas y medicinales
producidos en los fitotoldos fue competente y si permite su acceso y disponibilidad de
estos alimentos en la dieta familiar; con ello contestar, si se logró una dieta equilibrada
en las familias usuarias.
Sobre el tipo de investigación que se realizó fue la aplicada, un manejo para la toma de
decisiones, enfocado en la resolución de la problemática identificada, y las técnicas
empleadas en la investigación fue entrevista semiestructurada presencial y revisión
documental.
The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of phyto-canopies to achieve food security and economic inclusion in families that are in high Andean communities susceptible to monetary poverty and chronic malnutrition and childhood anemia. That is why the general objective of the research consists in the analysis of the execution process of the local microproject: Fitotoldos that contribute to improving the nutrition of families in the communities of the Chicllarazo micro-watershed (Chuschi district) and in the communities of the Apacheta micro-watershed (Parás district), in charge of the Rural Service Provider (PSR), through the perceptions, statements and assessment of the user families. This investigation details whether the intervention mechanism of the Rural Service Provider (PSR) allowed the user families to use the phyto-awnings for purposes entirely directed towards self-supply of food or influenced the marketing of these to generate an increase in economic income. familiar; likewise, explain if the instructions of the PSR on agroecological techniques in the process of production of vegetables, fruits, aromatic and medicinal herbs produced in the phyto-canopies was competent and if it allows their access and availability of these foods in the family diet; with this answer, if a balanced diet was achieved in the user families. Regarding the type of research that was carried out, it was applied, a management for decision-making, focused on the resolution of the identified problem, and the techniques used in the research were semi-structured face-to-face interviews and documentary review.
