Implementación de un entorno virtual de aprendizaje para mejorar la capacitación interna de consultores en el uso de un software de planificación de recursos empresariales

Abstract
La presente propuesta de innovación educativa se plantea con el propósito de
atender las dificultades para gestionar la capacitación interna de los consultores de
una empresa del sector de servicios informáticos, con problemas tales como la
reducida disponibilidad de los instructores para el dictado de los cursos, la falta de
modularidad del material educativo, y las limitaciones para realizar un seguimiento
del avance y rendimiento de los participantes. Así, esta propuesta tiene por objetivo
general mejorar la capacidad de las áreas de proyectos y atención al cliente de la
empresa, para gestionar el entrenamiento interno de sus consultores en el uso del
software de planificación de recursos empresariales ERP SAP. Y como objetivos
específicos: implementar un entorno virtual de aprendizaje para la capacitación de
los consultores, facilitar herramientas para la producción de recursos digitales, e
incorporar un estándar modelo para el desarrollo de los recursos anteriores y su
implementación en el entorno virtual.
Se realizó un estudio piloto que tuvo como alcance uno de los cursos. La
experiencia en el entorno virtual fue calificada positivamente por los consultores,
quienes apreciaron la introducción de evaluaciones y en las que alcanzaron
puntuaciones por encima del 85%. Asimismo, los consultores se mostraron
favorables al despliegue y estructuración realizados para mejorar la presentación de
los contenidos, confirmando que las herramientas para la producción de los
recursos digitales y el LMS resultaron adecuados. Finalmente, los modelos definidos
para el diseño de los recursos digitales y para la experiencia en el entorno virtual
resultaron bien valorados.
This educational innovation proposal is proposed with the aim of addressing the difficulties in managing the internal training of consultants of a company in the computer services sector, with problems such as the reduced availability of instructors for the dictation of the courses, the lack of of modularity of the educational material, and the limitations to monitor the progress and performance of the participants. Thus, this proposal has the general objective of improving the capacity of the company's project and customer service areas to manage the internal training of its consultants in the use of SAP ERP enterprise resource planning software. And as specific objectives: implement a virtual learning environment for the training of consultants, provide tools for the production of digital resources, and incorporate a standard model for the development of the previous resources and their implementation in the virtual environment. A pilot study was carried out with the scope of one of the courses. The experience in the virtual environment was rated positively by the consultants, who appreciated the introduction of evaluations and in which they achieved scores above 85%. Likewise, the consultants were favorable to the deployment and structuring carried out to improve the presentation of the contents, confirming that the tools for the production of digital resources and the LMS were adequate. Finally, the models defined for the design of digital resources and for the experience in the virtual environment were highly valued.
