Abstract
En el presente documento se elabora el Planeamiento Estratégico de la empresa
Consegesa S.A., la cual está ubicada en la provincia de Chanchamayo de la región Junín en el
centro del Perú; el cual es el resultado del análisis de los factores externos e internos de
Consegesa S.A., que permitieron identificar cuáles eran las principales oportunidades,
amenazas, fortalezas, y debilidades. En ese sentido, a partir de la elaboración de las diferentes
matrices, se establecieron las estrategias internas que permitan mejorar la competitividad de
la empresa para cumplir con los objetivos de largo plazo, y sus correspondientes objetivos a
corto plazo, con la finalidad de poder alcanzar misión y visión trazada.
En ese sentido, alcanzar estos objetivos se propone, a partir del mayor dinamismo
comercial de sus principales líneas de negocio, como: servicios de Ingeniería que desarrolla
estudios y obras electromecánicas y civiles, con mayor énfasis al estudio y ejecución de
líneas de distribución y transmisión, obras civiles y eléctricas en el sector minero como
contratista minero y en el sector público; ofreciendo ventajas competitivas ante sus
principales competidores, que le permita crecer de forma sostenible, y mantener su liderazgo,
en la región Junín, y partir de ello expandir su mercado en otras regiones del centro y sur del
país que, permita incrementar los ingresos y la rentabilidad de la empresa.
This document prepares the Strategic Planning of the company Consegesa S.A., which is located in the Chanchamayo province of the Junín region in central Peru; which is the result of the analysis of the external and internal factors of Consegesa S.A., which allowed us to identify which were the main opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses. In this sense, from the elaboration of the different matrices, the internal strategies were established that allow improving the competitiveness of the company to meet the long-term objectives, and their corresponding short-term objectives, in order to be able to achieve mission and vision outlined. In this sense, achieving these objectives is proposed, based on the greater commercial dynamism of its main business lines, such as: Engineering services that carry out studies and electromechanical and civil works, with greater emphasis on the study and execution of distribution and transmission lines , civil and electrical works in the mining sector as a mining contractor and in the public sector ; offering competitive advantages over its main competitors, which allows it to grow in a sustainable way, and maintain its leadership, in the Junín region, and from there expand its market in other regions of the center and south of the country that, allows increasing income and profitability of the company.
