Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la diferencia del conocimiento
sobre los procesos cognitivos de la composición escrita entre docentes de V ciclo de
instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Lima Metropolitana en función a la
formación académica y grado académico. Este estudio se justifica porque en el contexto
educativo los alumnos presentan dificultades al producir sus textos y evidencian un manejo
superficial de estos. El muestreo fue de tipo no probabilístico intencional, evaluándose a 50
docentes de instituciones públicas y privadas en los distritos de Ate, Chorrillos, Villa María
del Triunfo, San Juan de Miraflores, San Isidro, Santiago de Surco y la Molina. El
instrumento utilizado para medir la variable de estudio fue un cuestionario diseñado y
elaborado por las autoras de la presente investigación, para lo cual se consideró como
criterios de evaluación las dimensiones de los procesos cognitivos de la composición
escrita, estos son: memoria a largo plazo del escritor, contexto de producción del texto,
planificación, textualización, revisión y control. El cuestionario denominado “PROCOES”
tiene validez obtenida por un “juicio de expertos” y una confiabilidad de ,702 según el
coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach. Los resultados logrados indican que los docentes de la
población estudiada poseen un nivel medio de conocimientos de los procesos cognitivos
de la composición escrita. Asimismo, se concluye que no existen diferencias significativas
en el nivel de conocimiento sobre los procesos cognitivos de la composición escrita entre
los docentes de V ciclo de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Lima
Metropolitana.
The aim of this research is to determine the difference in knowledge about the cognitive processes of the written composition between teachers of the 5th cycle of public and private educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima according to academic training and degree academic. This study is justified because in the educational context the students present difficulties in producing their texts and evidence a superficial management of these. The sampling was of an intentional non-probabilistic type, evaluating 50 teachers from public and private institutions in the districts of Ate, Chorrillos, Villa María del Triunfo, San Juan de Miraflores, San Isidro, Santiago de Surco and la Molina. The instrument used to measure the study variable was a questionnaire designed and elaborated by the authors of the present research, for which the dimensions of the cognitive processes of the written composition were considered as evaluation criteria, these are: writer’s long-term memory, text production context, planning, textualization, review and control. The questionnaire called "PROCOES" has validity obtained by a "judgment of experts" and a reliability of ,702 according to Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The results obtained indicate that the teachers of the studied population have an average level of knowledge of the cognitive processes of the written composition. In addition, it is concluded that there are no significant differences in the level of knowledge about the cognitive processes of written composition among teachers in the fifth cycle of public and private educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima.
