Abstract
Este documento presenta el planeamiento estratégico a desarrollar en la compañía de
servicios petroleros Go Green mediante el planeamiento, formulación, implementación y
desarrollo de estrategias basados en el Modelo Secuencial del Proceso Estratégico.
Para ello, en la primera y segunda parte, se presentan las condiciones actuales del
sector hidrocarburos y cuál es la posición de la empresa Go Green. Por tal razón, se da a
conocer información relevante y de vital importancia a nivel de Perú para el desarrollo de las
estrategias las cuales se enfocan en el segmento de Levantamiento Artificial.
La Tercera parte es continuar con la etapa de planificación y por ello se procede con el
análisis externo en el entorno nacional del sector petrolero. El desarrollo continúa con un
capítulo de evaluación interna, la cual ha permitido identificar las fortalezas, oportunidades,
debilidades y amenazas de las empresas que se encuentran en el sector de hidrocarburos.
Posterior a ello, se ha procedido a exponer capítulos de análisis que permiten
desarrollar el proceso, la implementación y evaluación estratégica propuesta para Go Green.
Finalmente, se expone un capítulo de competitividad que permite abordar el análisis e
identificación de ventajas de Go Green para afrontar los nuevos retos de la industria de
hidrocarburos en el Perú.
This document presents the strategic planning to be developed in the oil services company Go Green through the planning, formulation, implementation and development of strategies based on the Sequential Model of the Strategic Process. For this, in the first and second part, the current conditions of the energy sector are presented and what is the position of the Go Green company. In consequence, relevant and vital Peruvian information is disclosed to develop the strategies which focus on the Artificial Lifting segment. The third part is to continue with the planning stage and therefore we proceed with the external analysis in the national environment of the oil sector. The development continues with an internal evaluation chapter, which has identified the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the companies that are in the hydrocarbons sector. Subsequently, it has proceeded to explain analysis chapters that allow to develop the process, implementation and strategic evaluation proposed for Go Green Company. Finally, a chapter on competitiveness is presented that allows englobes the analysis and identification of Go Green’s advantages to face the new challenges in the Peruvian hydrocarbon industry.
