Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la situación actual de la
aplicación del Valor Compartido (VC) en las Empresas del Sector Telecomunicaciones en el
Perú, utilizando como herramienta de evaluación los Indicadores de VC (Porter, Hills,
Pfitzer, Patscheke, & Hawkins, 2013); la cual permitió identificar el estado de la aplicación
del VC en las siguientes dimensiones: (a) grado de conocimiento en la aplicación del VC, (b)
nivel de preparación en la aplicación del VC, (c) nivel de aplicación del VC con enfoque en
la Teoría de Porter y Kramer, y (d) nivel de aplicación del VC con enfoque en la Teoría de
Valor y la Teoría de Stakeholders. La presente investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de
alcance descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y longitudinal de tendencia; y se realizó a una
muestra de cuatro empresas operadoras de telecomunicaciones ubicadas en Lima y con
cobertura en el ámbito nacional.
A través de la presente investigación y de la aplicación de dichos indicadores de VC,
se determinó que el Sector Telecomunicaciones en el Perú tiene una calificación media-alta
en cuanto a la aplicación del VC. Los resultados permiten notar que el Sector ha realizado
una importante gestión en torno a los aspectos sociales y medioambientales; y a su vez la
muestra permitió inferir que el 67% de las empresas encuestadas se encontraron en mejores
condiciones para aplicar el principio de VC, caracterizadas por la existencia de políticas
orientadas hacia la estrategia de desarrollo sostenible; además, cuentan con procedimientos y
sistemas de gestión con enfoque en RSE
The present research aimed to describe the current situation of the application of Shared Value (VC) in the Companies of the Telecommunications Sector in Peru, using as an evaluation tool the VC Indicators (Porter, Hills, Pfitzer, Patscheke, & Hawkins, 2013); Which allowed to identify the state of the application of the VC in the following dimensions: (a) degree of knowledge in the application of the VC, (b) level of preparation in the application of the VC, (c) level of application of the VC with focus In the Porter and Kramer Theory, and (d) level of VC application with focus on Value Theory and Stakeholder Theory. The present investigation had a quantitative approach, of descriptive scope, of non-experimental and longitudinal trend design; And a sample of four telecommunication companies located in Lima and with coverage in the national scope. Through the present investigation and the application of these indicators of VC, it was determined that the Telecommunications Sector in Peru has an average-high rating in terms of VC application. The results make it possible to note that the Sector has carried out an important management around the social and environmental aspects; and in turn the sample allowed to infer that 67% of the surveyed companies were in better conditions to apply the VC principle, characterized by the existence of policies oriented towards the sustainable development strategy; In addition, they have procedures and management systems with a focus on CSR
