Abstract
Cliente).

The study is quantitative with a descriptive design, which allows evaluating the context of quality and under a quantitative approach through the completion of a questionnaire for the collection of company data. The research population corresponds to 613 companies and a sample of 85, a relationship that implies a statistical error of 10%. In conclusion, the results of the research show that the companies that have quality management system certification do not present significant differences in six of the nine quality success factors of the TQM and in three if they present (Audit and Evaluation of Quality; Focus on Customer Satisfaction).
