Abstract
Peru SA in recent years had an economic growth thanks to the export of its main commodities, non-traditional products and a greater presence of the Peru brand. On the other hand it has an insufficient infrastructure, a poor public education, under control against corruption and a lack of prevention in the face of natural phenomena. Under this premise, this paper seeks to show a long-term Strategic Plan of Peru SA containing national development policies, the same that Peru will follow in the next 13 years. For the development of this topic, the main economic sectors of Peru, such as the agricultural, fishing, mining, construction, export, energy, education and tourism sectors, will be taken into account. Emphasis will be placed on the educational system and the implementation of new technology, with its impact being important in order to achieve an optimal society, in order to generate an effect in all sectors with the implementation of alternative external strategies that are in accordance with the interests and objectives long term. Peru SA has greater comparative advantages than competitive ones, such as the diverse microclimates in the interior of the country, the richness of the soils and the agricultural biodiversity, which allows to offer a greater added value in the quality of its products for the international market. For the present work the Strategic Planning model developed by Professor Fernando D'Alessio has been used. The results indicate that despite the adversities of the environment, Peru SA has sufficient potential to be one of the most competitive countries in the world
