Principales factores en la intención de uso de aplicativo móvil Wayki App en los clientes de la Caja Municipal Cusco

Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar cuál de los factores del
Modelo de Adopción de la Tecnología (TAM), tienen mayor influencian sobre la intención de
uso del aplicativo móvil Wayki App por parte de los clientes de la CMAC Cusco. Este
estudio toma como base de referencia el Modelo de Adopción de la Tecnología, con el
propósito de explicar la correlación entre las variables: (a) utilidad percibida, (b) facilidad de
uso percibida, (c) compatibilidad con el estilo de vida y, (d) la innovación personal hacia la
tecnología de la información, en la intención de uso del aplicativo móvil Wayki App.
Para alcanzar el objetivo de la investigación, se adoptó el enfoque cuantitativo de
subtipo transversal. Asimismo, se aplicó la metodología propuesta por Peter Yamakawa,
Carlos Guerreo y Gareth Rees para medir la intención de uso del aplicativo. Por otro lado, la
recolección de datos se realizó mediante la aplicación de una encuesta, la cual contenía 18
preguntas, la muestra estuvo conformada por 383 clientes de la CMAC Cusco en la ciudad de
Cusco con tarjeta de débito activa.
La evaluación de los resultados evidenció que la correlación de las variables de las
variables utilidad percibida, por un lado, e innovación personal hacia la tecnología de la
información, por otro lado, son los que, más influyen en la intención de uso del aplicativo
móvil Wayki App. De esta manera, de las cuatro hipótesis planteadas, dos fueron aprobadas.
Además, de discutieron las hipótesis rechazadas y la relación entre los factores.
Finalmente, es preciso mencionar que, la presente investigación propone un aporte a
la teoría de la adopción de tecnologías en el contexto de la ciudad del Cusco, asimismo, se
evidenció un comportamiento, el cual puede ser empleado para la implantación de propuestas
de mejora en aplicaciones móviles del sector micro financiero.
The objective of this research is to identify the most relevant factors that influence the intention to use the Wayki App mobile application in the clients of the city of Cusco of the CMAC Cusco. This study takes the Technology Adoption Model as a reference, with the purpose of explaining the correlation between the variables: (a) perceived usefulness, (b) perceived ease of use, (c) compatibility with lifestyle and, (d) personal innovation towards information technology, in the intention to use the Wayki App mobile application. To achieve the objective of the research, the quantitative approach of cross-sectional subtype was adopted. Likewise, the methodology proposed by Peter Yamakawa, Carlos Guerreo and Gareth Rees was applied to measure the intention to use the application. On the other hand, the data collection was carried out through the application of a survey, which contained 18 questions, the sample consisted of 383 clients of the CMAC Cusco in the city of Cusco with an active debit card. The evaluation of the results showed that the factors of perceived utility, on the one hand, and personal innovation towards information technology, on the other hand, are the ones that most influence the intention to use the Wayki App mobile application. In this way, of the four hypotheses proposed, two were approved. In addition, the rejected hypotheses and the relationship between the factors were discussed. Finally, it is necessary to mention that the present investigation proposes a contribution to the theory of the adoption of technologies in the context of the city of Cusco, likewise, a behavior was evidenced, which can be used for the implementation of improvement proposals in mobile applications of the microfinance sector.
