Abstract
social.
In the current context of growing concern for sustainability and the efficient use of natural resources, this initiative was born. The origin of AH2ORRA is based on the identification of a crucial problem: water waste due to the lack of monitoring and awareness about consumption. Through interviews, surveys and market analysis, a significant gap was revealed between the perception and reality of household water consumption. Lack of real-time consumption visibility, as well as late leak detection, were identified as critical areas for improvement. In response to these findings, an innovative product was devised that combines a digital water meter with an intuitive mobile application, designed to provide users with accurate and up-to-date data on their consumption, without having to wait for the end of the month. More than just a measurement device, AH2ORRA offers a complete platform that integrates real-time monitoring, proactive alerts, education and awareness, as well as personalized recommendations. By empowering users with relevant information and practical tools, AH2ORRA not only promotes more efficient water use, but also encourages long-term behavioral change towards more sustainable and responsible practices. With its ability to provide real-time data, proactive alerts and personalized recommendations, AH2ORRA is at the forefront of innovation in environmental sustainability. By promoting greater awareness and responsibility in water consumption, AH2ORRA not only benefits households, but also contributes to the wellbeing and preservation of the environment, based on the pillars of “SDG 6 Water and Sanitation” and “SDG 12 Responsible Production and Consumption”. By providing tools for awareness and action for responsible use of water resource consumption, obtaining a Social NPV of S/. 1,132,449,466, generating a positive impact that promotes social well-being.
