Abstract
internacional.
This research seeks to answer the questions regarding the origin of child labor; and if there is any aspect that should be exempted from the prohibition of any activity carried out by children and adolescents. In this way, it would be possible to rethink that aspects of this type of work can be positive and enriching for their training, and for society. Defining this, from the beginning of life will be important, as long as the rules and work conditions that regulate this type of work are respected. Another topic of analysis is the difference in approach that multiculturalism has regarding child labor. These differences become apparent when we move the urban scene to rural areas. In these, child labor could not be considered a fullfledged work activity, but rather an activity that children and adolescents must provide to their families and communities by tradition and culture, all considerations that must be studied and respected. In summary, our research seeks to demonstrate the favorable aspects of child and adolescent labor, through multidisciplinary analysis and the different theories that exist around child labor, at a national and international level.
