Abstract
En la actualidad Solgas S.A. aplica un modelo estándar de gestión de compras y
relacionamiento con proveedores, en el cual se pueden sumar criterios sostenibles con el fin
de obtener una cadena de suministro sólida, que dé como resultado la mejora de la imagen de
la marca, fortalecimiento de las relaciones con los grupos de interés, desarrollo de
capacidades ecoeficientes en funcionarios, y la captación de clientes sostenibles.
El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es la elaboración de un modelo
estratégico de evaluación y selección de proveedores sostenibles para la empresa Solgas S.A.,
el cual permita implementar un procedimiento para la compra y contratación de bienes y
servicios con base en los valores de la empresa Solgas S.A., los objetivos de desarrollo
sostenible y sus respectivas metas, así como códigos y políticas establecidas por la empresa.
Para el desarrollo del modelo estratégico se definen indicadores relacionados a las
metas seleccionadas con base en el Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) y las normas ISO
14001, luego se realiza la selección de criterios, los cuales son priorizados con base en la
gestión de riesgos; metodología What If y juicio de expertos. Por último, se ponderan los
criterios para la selección de proveedores sostenibles utilizando el método proceso de análisis
jerárquico (AHP) y para el testeo la técnica de preferencias ordenadas por similitud a una
solución ideal. (TOPSIS)
La aplicación del modelo e implementación como procedimiento interno de la
empresa Solgas S.A., según los análisis financieros, en el lapso de cuatro años, se genera un
potencial ahorro de S/. 624,501.36 en relación con el coste del riesgo de la categoría de
proveedores de Servicio de Transporte y de S/. 343,136.23 en relación con la categoría de
Mantenimiento de cilindros. Estos datos están basados en los resultados obtenidos del
periodo 2021.
Currently, Solgas S.A. applies a standard model of purchasing management and relationship with suppliers, in which sustainable criteria can be added in order to obtain a solid supply chain, which results in the improvement of the image of the brand, strengthening of relationships with stakeholders, development of eco-efficient capacities in employees, and the acquisition of sustainable customers. The main objective of this research is the development of a strategic model for the evaluation and selection of sustainable suppliers for the company Solgas S.A., which allows the implementation of a procedure for the purchase and contracting of goods and services based on the values of the company Solgas S.A., the sustainable development objectives and their respective goals, as well as codes and policies established by the company. For the development of the strategic model, indicators related to the selected goals are defined based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and ISO 14001 standards, then the selection of criteria is made, which are prioritized based on risk management: What If methodology and expert judgment. Finally, the criteria for the selection of sustainable suppliers using the hierarchical analysis process (AHP) method and for testing the technique of preferences ordered by similarity to an ideal solution are weighted. (TOPSIS) The application of the model and implementation as an internal procedure of the company Solgas S.A., according to financial analysis, in the span of four years, generates a potential saving of S /. 624,501.36 in relation to the cost of risk of the category of Transport Service providers and S/. 343,136.23 in relation to the category of Cylinder Maintenance. These data are based on the results obtained from the 2021 period.
