Abstract
El presente trabajo buscó realizar un análisis del desempeño interno y el contexto en
el que se desarrolla el policlínico Divino Niño. En función de este análisis se identificaron
problemas como: (a) el inadecuado uso de herramientas de gestión en la organización, (b) el
insuficiente tiempo de la gerencia para tareas de planeación y administración estratégica, (c)
la inadecuada estrategia comercial y (d) la falta de información oportuna para la toma de
decisiones. Afrontar estos problemas desde una estrategia de sostenibilidad en el largo plazo
permitiría implementar una estrategia que cree valor compartido para el policlínico y para sus
stakeholders. Como resultado de la evaluación se propone un plan de mejora basado en un
cambio de la estrategia organizacional el cual incluya también el uso del reporte de
sostenibilidad GRI como herramienta para la gestión y seguimiento de este plan. Estos
cambios propuestos están orientados a lograr que la empresa sea sostenible en el tiempo,
mejore su estrategia y obtenga resultados evidenciables en un horizonte de dos años.

This analysis revealed problems such as: (a) the inappropriate use of management tools in the organization, (b) the insufficient management time for strategic planning and administration tasks, (c) inadequate business strategy and (d) lack of timely information for decision-making. Addressing these problems from a long-term sustainability strategy would allow the implementation of a strategy that creates shared value for the polyclinic and its stakeholders. As a result of the evaluation, an improvement plan is proposed based on a change in the organizational strategy which will also include the use of the GRI sustainability report as a tool for managing and monitoring this plan. These proposed changes are aimed at making the company sustainable over time, improve its strategy and obtain evident results in a two-year horizon.
