Planeamiento estratégico de la región Pasco

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como principal objetico desarrollar el Planteamiento Estratégico de la Región Pasco en el Perú, considerando el alto potencial con el que cuenta para transformarse en una de las principales fuentes de producción Agropecuaria con miras a la exportación en el ámbito mundial. Favorece al desarrollo de este planteamiento, la valiosa ventaja de la diversidad de climas existentes en las diferentes zonas geográficas del país y además su estratégica ubicación geográfica, permite que la Región Pasco pueda desarrollarse mediante canales adecuados, considerando también, la ayuda comercial que otorgan los tratados de libre comercio y el buen posicionamiento de la Marca Perú que está logrando internacionalmente. Para el desarrollo de este planteamiento, se analizaron los factores internos y externos del sector Agropecuario que permitieron identificar las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas que llevaron a generar un conjunto de estrategias para alcanzar la visión propuesta. Se formularon objetivos a largo plazo orientados a lograr el crecimiento económico deseado, en paralelo con el apoyo de la innovación tecnológica, que permitirán que el sector se desarrolle en un entorno sostenible. Considerando que le Perú está creciendo a tasas por encima de 20% en valores Free On Board [FOB, por sus siglas en inglés], se espera que de mayor fomento de la exportación, ya que el país se ubique entre los principales países exportadores del mundo. De esta manera, si se considera el desarrollo del sector de la mano con la Región Pasco y la posibilidad de crecer sosteniblemente en productos tradicionales y no tradicionales, tales como, los orgánicos, café, lana de alpaca y otros productos que incrementen el valor de exportación, servirá como modelo de negocio para otras regiones del país apoyadas a las condiciones socioeconómicas de todos los integrantes de la cadena de valor con la finalidad de generar mayor productividad y empleabilidad en la Región Pasco y como consecuencia en todo el país.This research work has as main objective to develop the Strategic Approach of the Pasco Region in Peru, the potential with the account to become one of the main sources of agricultural production with a view to export in the world. It favors the development of this approach, the valuable advantage of the diversity of existing climates in the different geographical areas of the country and In addition to the strategic geographic location, it allows the Pasco region to develop through appropriate channels, also considering the commercial aid that they grant the free trade agreements and the good positioning of the Marca Peru that is achieving internationally. For the development of this approach, the internal and external factors of the agricultural sector that allow identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that lead to a set of strategies to achieve the proposed vision. Long-term objectives were formulated aimed at achieving the desired economic growth, in parallel with the support of technological technology, which allows the sector to develop in a sustainable environment.
